ARTWORK & PURCHASES

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Michelle Johnson Fairchild and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission. Purchasing artwork does not transfer reproduction rights. Product availability, pricing, shipping, and purchase terms are provided at MichelleJohnsonFairchild.com.

CUSTOM COMMISSIONS

Because commissioned artwork is created specifically for each client, payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Pricing, timelines, and project details are agreed upon before work begins.

LIVE WEDDING PAINTING

Wedding painting reservations are subject to the individual service agreement. Retainers used to reserve a wedding date are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in that agreement.
